Worry.

"Don't worry Worry until Worry worries you"
that's what my dad always told me, anyway.
today, Worry did indeed worry me.

a classmate today was so sick and in so much pain
and she seemed like she had no one to rely on
even having someone living with her who was a classmate and a close friend,
that friend never insisted on taking her to the doctor
never took the effort to persuade her to take pain relievers
never showed concern and offered to take care of her meals for her.

she's been sick for the past two weeks
and all she'd been eating is bread, milo,
and some proper food once in a while.
how to recover liddat?!

so today I spent much of my day
making sure my friend doesnt collapse on the floor was okay
lunch break was spent running around
looking for her tutor to report her condition to
and shooting out numerous emails to the lecturers in charge
trying to rearrange her ward visit
(which is tomorrow, super important and is compulsory to attend)
and I got to personally speak to (the super hot) Dr Steve Alexander
who happened to be her tutor :D

and after class
I accompanied her to the University clinic
(which we practically made an appointment for
by screaming "EMERGENCY" on the phone
while she was half keeled over on the floor in pain)

she insisted on going for all her lectures
against all the wise pharmacist-to-be(s) advices
which was just as well because the clinic only had a slot at 5:30pm
and this was already considered an emergency slot -.-
LOUSY.

although she was already wearing five layers
she was still saying it was freezing
and so I lent her my furry hoodie and my leather gloves
coz I knew the cold feels much worse when you're in pain.

and so I was out in freakin 6 degree weather
with high speed winds threatening to blow me away
wearing only a long sleeved shirt and a thin tee over it :(

but its okay, at least one of us felt better.
but it was damn. cold.
i felt the chill to my bone, brrrr.

hopefully, I don't fall sick myself, eeep! >.<
