Finally, a proper day out!

Over the last couple of weeks,

Life has been a whirlwind of assignments,

lectures, revision classes and assessments.

Phew!

Finally we get a break and a worry-free day out! :)

So we decided to treat ourselves to a nice lunch

at the Slug and Lettuce :)

It was not very crowded (I think we came early)

and near enough so we could spend maximum time eating

before watching Clash of the Titans at Cineworld

We ordered starters of Nachos and the Ultimate Platter

For sharing mains we ordered

a Chicken Milanese

a Salmon, Haddock and King Prawn Pie

a Moroccan Chicken Salad

a Baked Linguine Carbonara

and the Ultimate Beef Burger

Then for dessert we had Tiramisu

and a Hot Chocolate-Puddle Sponge Pudding with vanilla ice-cream

Hehe, I always love good company :)

Then we watched the movie,

which I rate only 5/10 because of the sheer speed

it's like watching a summary of the proper Greek mythology!

After which, we walked around and did some shopping,

and dear Philip was desperately pestering us for Starbucks, lol.

So we were like OKAY lah, gogogo get your Starbucks, haha.

Then Philip was a happy boy :D

Not long after that Wai Kwan had to leave :(

She had some personal problems to settle

and she needed some sleep, coz she didn't sleep last night.

I told her "look up look up, don't look so emo!"

=.="

After that we hopped on a bus to Asda,

and went to buy groceries! :) hehe.

The funny part was the wait at the bus stop.

We forgot to check the time the bus was coming,

so by the time we got out, we had half an hour to wait at the stop :(

So what to do? Camwhore lor :D

Oh but then Abel was busy eating cheese balls

Then I decided to go kacau him :D

and then that sparked an idea!

LOLx!

Anyway, after getting on the bus from Asda back to the city,

there was ANOTHER half an hour wait 

til the bus came for us to go home =.=

So what to do? Camwhore summore lor :D

and this time, we had a billboard to entertain us!

Haha siao bunch of people :D

Finally, home!

Look how much worth of groceries we bought!

Oh and I bought a bit of cereal

Okay, maybe quite a large bit of cereal... lalala~

eheh. paiseh.

So that was our fantastic day out! :) :) :) hehe.

Don't you just love the holidays?

it always starts with that line.

It would always be a similar scenario:

We have our lessons end before lunch,

plenty of time left in a day.

"Hmmmmm......", someone would say.

"Hmmmm....?" the other would respond.

"Hmmmmmmmm.... feel like going to *insert random location*"

*sideways glance*

*sparkle in the eye*

"Hmmmmm.... come, let's go ;)"

Today, it was a little different.

I had to pay a visit to the International Office,

which was on Jubilee Campus

because they sent me an email

saying they needed to scan a copy of my visa.

So there we went after class,

on the Jubilee Hopper onto Jubilee Campus.

EH, so pretty la their campus =.=

This is their Halls of Residence. HALLS OKAY.

Cantiknye =.= jealous betul.

Their couches also nicer than ours =.=

Bu shuang!

even their STAIRCASES more canggih than ours.

where can liddat. damn too much.

Oh and it was an extremely gloomy cloudy windy day

very very gloomy and incredibly coldddddd!

Their halls look like hotel.

WHERE. CAN. LIKE. THAT.

So anyway, after that, started lah.

"Hmmmm....." Gel says on the way back on the Jubilee Hopper.

"Hmmmm.... hungry lah."

"Hm, yeah I know"

"Hmmmm..... let's go to May Sum"

"Hm, I don't mind lor, let's go :D"

So we ended up in May Sum stuffing ourselves

until our stomachs expanded so much 

it was positively in contact with our lungs

and we couldn't breathe properly.

I'm serious.

Then, another "hmmmm...."

"Hmmm.... still early lah"

"Hmm, yeah"

"Hmmmm.... wanna go to Morrison's?"

"Hmm, for what?"

"Haha, get cider? LOL. that's the only thing I want from there"

"Hahaha, anything la, let's go!"

So we ended up in Morrison's

freezing our butts off waiting for multiple buses in the process

and a happy kimmyberry

came home with 5 bottles of the most amazing cider. Ever.

Rekorderlig FTW!

LOVE. IT.

So anyway yeah, that was my extremely spontaneous day.
